To assist you with the referral process for your clients, we have compiled some important information we hope will be helpful.
Our practice comprises both Fully Licensed and Associate Licensed Providers. Individuals pursuing full licensure operate under supervision and are therefore unable to bill insurance directly.
We accept the following insurance plans for billing purposes:
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
• ChampVA
• United Healthcare (UHC)
• Optum
• Telus (formerly Behavioral Health Systems)
• Tricare East
• UMR
Regrettably, we are unable to process billing for the following insurance plans:
• Aetna
• Cigna
• Medicaid
• Medicare
• BlueCare
• TennCare
• United Healthcare (UHC) Community Plan
