Katherine Campbell,

LPC/MHSP, NCC, MS

Hi, I’m Katherine. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor / Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP) and a board-approved National Clinical Mental Health Counselor (NCC). I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also have training in neurodivergence strategies (including ADD, ADHD, and Autism), relationship and family practices, and somatic-based interventions. I am currently working towards training and certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Trauma-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (TF-ACT).

I typically work with individuals, couples, and families presenting with life transitions, trauma (generational, single event, long-term, relationship, or spiritual trauma), complex stress or anxiety, complicated relationship dynamics, and neurodivergent mindsets and lifestyles.

I am passionate about helping other helpers, including counselors, mental health professionals, first responders, medical providers, nurses, teachers, and educators.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, being outdoors in nature, gardening, photography, and reading.

I am currently in-network with BCBS, BHS (Denso), Optum, UHC, and several EAPS. If I am out-of-network with a specific insurance provider, I provide clients with super-bills, but my services are considered self-pay.

Please note that I have a wait period of 4-6 weeks for general availability and 6-8 weeks for afternoon and evening appointments for all new or returning clients. I appreciate your patience.
